I am a Finland-based abstract painter living in Espoo. My creative background is rooted in music, and its influence can be seen in my approach to rhythm, repetition and structure within visual art.
I studied visual arts early on, including a year-long course in croquis and landscape painting. Over time, my focus gradually shifted from realistic painting toward abstraction, which has become my primary means of expression.
My paintings explore the interaction of shape, line and layered color. Repetition plays an important role in my work: figures are often drawn two or more times, creating movement, depth and a quiet sense of inner rhythm.
I work in both smaller and larger formats, with a particular preference for large-scale works that allow space for physical gesture and atmosphere.
My work is held in private collections in the United States, the United Kingdom, Europe and the Middle East.
You can find my work on artfinder and saatchi art.
